How does the 24-month warranty work? +
All EMROC products are warranted for 24 months from the purchase date. In case of defect, write to contact@mr-ecom.com with your Amazon order number — we replace the product at no cost.
Do you sell anywhere other than Amazon? +
For now, EMROC is distributed exclusively on Amazon Europe (FR, DE, IT, ES, UK). We focus our efforts there to offer the best delivery, return and after-sales experience.
When will the EMR-H01 moisture meter launch? +
Production is underway. Launch on Amazon is planned for the coming months.
