How does the 24-month warranty work? +
All EMROC products come with a 24-month warranty from the purchase date. If something goes wrong, email support@emroc.fr with your Amazon order number, and we replace the product at no cost.
Do you sell anywhere besides Amazon? +
For now, EMROC is available exclusively on Amazon Europe (FR, DE, IT, ES, UK). We focus our efforts there to deliver the best shipping, returns, and customer support experience.
Is the EMR-H01 moisture meter available? +
Yes, it is available on Amazon France with Prime delivery and a 24-month EMROC warranty. Rollout to other Amazon Europe marketplaces is in progress.
